# Description
⚡ The Challenge
- Present a transparent overview of the full-cycle manufacturing chain (from raw flax cultivation to ready-to-wear apparel chains);
- Build an enterprise-grade product directory capable of scaling past 30,000 active inventory variants;
- Deploy complete multi-language and multi-regional architecture layers for international B2B trades (RU, EN, CN);
- Preserve and digitize the historical heritage of a market-leading manufacturing brand established in 1930.
🔌 Integrations
- 1C:Accounting 8.3: Established real-time bidirectional stock level reconciliations, active balance mapping, and automated order exports.
- Bitrix24 CRM: Programmed an asynchronous, secure lead capture and enterprise B2B sales pipeline integration via REST API.
- bePaid Gateway: Wired an encrypted, localized payment terminal for instant digital merchant transactions across the region.
- Yandex.Metrika: Set up extensive e-commerce goal tracking, user flow matrices, and analytical logging loops for traffic evaluation.
- Multilingual Localization Stack: Deployed a localized routing matrix delivering native, uncoupled translation trees for Russian, English, and Chinese languages.
🎯 Results
- Consolidated 6 distinct manufacturing plants into a single, high-performing corporate digital ecosystem;
- Safely cataloged and indexed 30,000+ custom product variations with zero structural query loss;
- Deployed 3 discrete language interfaces to facilitate communication across international B2B partner pipelines;
- Repositioned the web portal into the primary lead generation and corporate B2B communication infrastructure for the enterprise.
🛠 Technical Challenges
- Scaling and Optimizing WooCommerce for 30,000+ Dense Product Records: Standard WordPress relational DB schemas experience heavy index degradation and lag when executing complex faceted lookups over massive product attribute sets.
Solution: Refactored the core data querying layers. Isolated heavy taxonomy queries by compiling product criteria into lightweight custom indexing databases, combining the process with aggressive server-side object caching via Redis/Object Cache. This successfully brought global Time to First Byte (TTFB) under 200ms.
- Custom Asynchronous REST API Architecture for 1C ERP and Bitrix24 Pipelines: Synchronous batch payloads coming from 1C during peak stock recalculations risked triggering database deadlocks or overloading WordPress core routines.
Solution: Developed a fault-tolerant, queue-backed asynchronous processing adapter on the backend framework layer. The proxy isolates WordPress nodes from incoming 1C spikes during heavy stock/pricing synchronization tasks, safely stacking updates in a memory queue even if internal servers experience temporary drops.
- Database-Efficient Multilingual Routing Architecture (RU, EN, CN): Standard localized plugins duplicate table records for every language, bloating database sizes and severely slowing down admin dashboard indexing for large catalogs.
Solution: Engineered an independent data localization middleware layer that maps text attributes dynamically onto existing unique product entity trees without spawning redundant row clones in the main database. This approach kept admin dashboard performance fluid and maintained identical query velocities across Chinese and English storefront rendering loops.
